1. Digital Products
All products sold on FrenchMa are digital products, including:

- Video lessons
- Downloadable materials (PDFs)
- Educational resources
Access to digital content is granted immediately after successful payment.
No physical goods are shipped.
2. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.
FrenchMa does not offer:
- Refunds
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Cancellations
Once a purchase is completed and access to the course has been granted, the transaction cannot be reversed.
Because of our no refund policy, if you have any questions about any course, we highly recommend you reach out to us to get all your questions answered before enrolling.
3. Expiration of Access
Course access is granted for the specific duration stated on the sales page at the time of purchase (for example, 4 months).
The expiration of access after the stated period does not qualify for a refund.

No refunds will be issued if access is suspended or terminated due to:

If your login credentials are used by anyone other than the account owner, the account will be permanently locked immediately. Access to all course materials will be revoked without warning, and no refunds will be issued.
Course access is strictly limited to one purchaser. Sharing your password or account details will result in the loss of your access and your investment.
